Description

The Fǝtḥa nagaśt is a book of law which was in use in Ethiopia from the 16th century and was still referenced to in the Penal and Civil Codes of 1930, 1957 and 1960.The date of its translation from the Arabic by is debated, possibly it was translated in the 16th century. 501-502
