Description
Lists of names of the months in various languages and their Ethiopic correspondances, of various origin. The range of languages, apart from Ethiopic, may be different (in rarest cases, one non-Ethiopian language only). The terms may be treated in one continuous text or in several separate register-like texts. The lists frequently include some calendrical information. The lists can be inserted in treatises on lexicon (Sawāsǝw), or on calendar and computus, or transmitted as additional notes.
